[Beta] Creating and managing tags in the People hub

The new People Hub is currently in beta and not yet available on all sites. If you'd like to learn more or check availability for your site, please email support@exordo.com.

Tags let you group people together to offer member specific pricing to a specific set of people in the registration hub. This article covers creating, editing, and deleting tags by hand in this version of the People hub.

Creating a tag

Select People at the top of the page, then the Tags tab.
Select Add Tag.
Enter a name for the tag
Select Add Tag to save it, or Cancel to close the pop-up window without saving.

Editing or deleting a tag

Each tag has its own Edit and Delete buttons in the Actions column.

Select Edit to rename a tag, or Delete to remove it. You can also select the checkbox next to one or more tags (or the header checkbox to select all of them) to act on several at once. Deleting a tag that's linked to existing registration fees won't affect anyone who has already registered using it.

Where tags come from

The Source column shows whether a tag was created in Ex Ordo (Manual) or synced in automatically from an AMS integration (Naylor or Novi). Tags synced in from an integration can't be renamed or deleted here; they can only be changed at the source.
