Members specific pricing: Assigning account holders tags created on Ex Ordo

This article walks through the process of applying tags to users so they can avail of member specific pricing

 

 

Member specific pricing is currently a beta feature and not enabled across all sites. Please email support@exordo.com with any questions. 

 

 

Delegates can avail of special pricing in the registration hub if they have a corresponding tag assigned to them. Site administrators can assign existing tags to account holders in the People hub. Check out this article to learn how to create new tags, if needed.


 

 

Important note: This article discusses tags created on Ex Ordo only and not ones created through integrations.

 

First, select one or more account holders in the People tab by placing a check in the box to the left-hand side of their names. Next, click on the Apply Tags drop-down menu located in the yellow bar at the top of the page. 

 

 

You can now select one or more tags to apply to the selected individuals. Click Apply to confirm your choice.

 

 

 

That's it! You can repeat this process, as needed.

 

 

If needed, you can remove tags from individuals by click the X next to the tag, or using the tags drop-down to remove tags in bulk.
