Reminding reviewers to complete reviews

You can use the Communication hub to send a reminder to all reviewers who have not yet completed their assigned reviews.

Using the Review Overview card on your dashboard:

1. Go to your Ex Ordo dashboard
2. Locate the Review Overview card
3. You will see how many outstanding reviews there are - click Message
   
   
   
   
4. You will be taken to the communication hub. You can filter down by track, if needed.
5. Ensure you keep the Reviewer Status filter set to Have Outstanding Reviews. Click Next. 
6. You will see an email template. You can:
   1. add a subject line to the email
   2. modify the template, if needed. 
   3. Scroll down to see additional options, including:
      1. uploading a file
      2. changing the From Name
      3. changing the Reply to email
         
         
         
7. Click Next when you are happy with your message.
8. You will see a Test message. You can send it to your own inbox to see what it will look like. 
9. Click Back to make changes; or click Next.
10. Click Send Message - That's it! 

From the Communication hub:

1. Click on the Communication hub at the top of the page
2. Create a New Message
3. Choose Reviewers as your recipient group
4. Set the Reviewer Status filter to Have Outstanding Reviews.
   1. Optional: if using tracks, you can send this message to reviewers on all tracks or one track only using the Tracks Filter.
5. Click Next. 
   
   
    
6. You will see an email template. You can:
   1. add a subject line to the email

   3. Scroll down to see additional options, including:

      2. changing the From Name
      3. changing the Reply to email
         
         
7. Click Next when you are happy with your message.
8. You will see a Test message. You can send it to your own inbox to see what it will look like. 
9. Click Back to make changes; or click Next.
10. Click Send Message - That's it!
