Why can't I add a co-author, it says their email is invalid?
As you work through your submission workflow, you will see the Authors step where you can add in co-authors on your submission. The option to add a co-author will appear once you have finished your details.
It is important to type in the email address and not copy and paste. When copy pasting you can pull in some hidden characters such as space which won't be recognised by the email box. You will then see an error as below:
