Will delegates automatically receive an email confirmation of their registration?
Yes, our system will automatically send delegates a message, confirming their registration. The message shares details of the delegate, their registration, their payments details and if they owe any further payments.
If a delegate is paying by bank transfer, all necessary details for a bank transfer will be provided in the message. Following payment, a receipt is issued and processed within the system.

As with many other automatic messages that are sent from the system, you can edit the template with your own wording. So any time that message is sent, it has your own wording in it. Any registration related messages are in your delegate templates in the Communication hub. The Paid by Card and To Pay by Bank Transfer are the two that are sent to your delegates upon registering, depending on how they choose to pay.
