How is the Ex Ordo book built?

The Ex Ordo Support team will build your book based on your preferences that you will provide through our book request form. The book building process includes:

1. Collecting your book delivery date: We will contact you about 8 weeks before your conference or ask you for this information when deploying your site. Providing us with this date is important because your completion deadline date determines the amount of time that our Support team will need to schedule to work on building your book so that a final draft can be built to your specifications and delivered to you on time.
2. Collecting your book specifications: We will send you a form to collect your book specifications about 6 weeks before your book delivery date
3. Building your book and making adjustments: We will provide draft books based on your settings. You can request changes to the book. 
4. Once you are happy with the book, you can share the PDF or send it to the printers.

Important note:

When choosing your book delivery date, please be sure to factor in enough time for our Support team to compile and build the book, as well as a little extra time for any revisions or edits you may want to make after reviewing the draft. This ensures that you receive your completed book on time and to your specifications.
