Providing Covers for Your Conference Book.

When preparing your conference book, you can choose to include your own custom front cover and back cover. Covers can also be provided by Ex Ordo if you don't have the need for personalised covers.

Option 1: Covers Created by Ex Ordo

If you’d like Ex Ordo to provide covers, simply let us know when submitting your book request. We will produce a clean, professional front and back cover for you.

Below are examples of Ex Ordo front and back covers:

When requesting an Ex Ordo cover, you will need to provide the following information so it can be displayed on the front cover for you:

  • Header Text: This is the "Example Books of Abstracts" in the example cover image.

  • Conference Title: This is the "Example Conference Title" in the example cover image.

  • Conference Location: This is the "Example Location" in the example cover image.

  • Conference Date: This is the "Example Dates 1st-30th January 2026" in the example cover image.


Option 2: Supplying Your Own Covers

If you prefer to use your own custom designs, you can upload a front cover and/or back cover in PDF format in the Book Settings Form.

To ensure the best results, please provide a print-ready PDF exported at high resolution. Your covers will be added to the final book exactly as you have supplied.
