Table of Contents & Author Index Options.

When preparing your conference book, Ex Ordo can include both a Table of Contents and an Author Index, if required. These elements help readers easily navigate the material and locate contributions by specific authors.

Table of Contents

If you choose to include a Table of Contents, it will display your accepted submissions in the order defined by the book and its content structure. You can decide what information appears for each entry. The available options are:

• Submission Title only
  
  
  
  

• Submission Title + Author
  
  
  

• Submission Title + Author + Affiliation
  
  

Affiliation Format

You can choose how the affiliation information is displayed, selecting the option that best fits your preference:

Option 1: Bill Gates 1, Mark Zuckerberg 2,(1. Microsoft, 2. Facebook)

Option 2: Bill Gates (Microsoft), Mark Zuckerberg(Facebook)

Author Index

An Author Index can also be included at the back of the book. This index lists all contributing authors alphabetically and displays the page numbers on which their submissions appear.
