Blind review settings
Conference organisers can choose to hold a single or double blind review.
- Single blind review: Reviewers will see the names of the authors and possibly other information depending on system settings. For example, they will see affiliations if you have collected this. They may see answers to additional author questions if you have made the questions visible to reviewers at the initial submissions set up.
- Double blind review: Reviewers will not see the names or personal details of the authors if the system is set to Double Blind.
Reviewer names are not shared with authors.
Admins can update the blind review settings by following the steps below:
- Click on the Reviews hub
- Open the Configure Review menu
- Navigate to Step 2: Reviewing and Allocation
- Set the system to either Single Blind or Double Blind
