What's the point of all your hard work if you're not sure that you material has been input correctly for review! There are a few ways to confirm if your submission is correctly submitted.
Receiving the Submission Receipt:
You should receive an automated email receipt confirming your submission details 15 minutes after you complete your submission. Please contact support@exordo.com if you did not receive this email so we can help!
Dashboard Cards
The dashboard is a great place to see your content. When logged in, you should see a My Submissions card on your dashboard. There are no submissions associated with your account if you do not see this card. This could mean you have never submitted content or you have content submitted under a different email.
The My Submissions card will show you all of your submissions and their status.
The My Submissions List
You can also see the status of your submissions in the My Submissions list which is accessible in the My Submissions tab.
