Admins, track chairs and data viewers can download spreadsheets of submissions, reviews and other sets of data at different stages throughout your conference process. This data can be exported as an excel sheet, word doc file or zip files. There are a number of places that allow you to download data.
Exports can be downloaded in the Conference hub.
You can download data through cards on your dashboard such as the Submissions overview, Review overview and more.
You can also download content in specific hubs such as the submissions, review, programme and registration hubs.
You can use filters to narrow down the list to view a subset of submissions only. This is a great way to export only what you need, instead of downloading a huge file. For example, you may want to export only fully submitted initial submissions. You can use a filter to view only submitted submissions.
You can then export the filtered list information using a bulk action.
