This article outlines the steps need to RSVP or edit your RSVP. You or any of your co-authors can change the RSVP decision for your submission at any point up until the deadline set by the conference organisers.
You are able to check the status of your RSVP by logging into the site and locating the My RSVPs card on your dashboard. The statuses include:
- Action Required - meaning there has been no RSVP submitted for the specific submission quite yet
- Accepted - meaning you or a co-author has confirmed the work will be presented in the conference
- Declined - meaning you or a co-author has declined the invitation to present at the conference
First, locate the My RSVPs card on your dashboard.
What if you do not see the My RSVPs card on your dashboard?
There are a few reasons why you may not see the RSVP card on your dashboard.
- you are logging into the system with an email that is different from your submission
- the conference organisers have not opened RSVP yet, or they are not using it
- your submission is still undergoing a review or decisions have not been published yet
- your submission was not accepted
Please email support@exordo.com if you do not see the My RSVPs card on your dashboard. We will be very happy to investigate!
You can now click on the Submit My RSVP button.
You will then be able to register your RSVP by using the Decline Invitation or Accept Invitation buttons.
Updating your RSVP response:
You can update your response before the RSVP deadline by clicking on the Change My RSVP button on the My RSVPs dashboard card if it has already been completed.
You will be taken to your RSVP and can now review the current status. If you need to change your RSVP, click on Change my RSVP.
You can now accept or decline the RSVP. Click Done when finished and you are all set!
