This article outlines the steps needed to edit your RSVP. You or any of your co-authors can change the RSVP decision for your submission at any point up until the deadline set by the conference organisers.
You are able to check the status of your RSVP by logging into the site and locating the My RSVPs card on your dashboard. The statuses include:
- Action Required - meaning there has been no RSVP submitted for the specific submission quite yet
- Accepted - meaning you or a co-author has confirmed the work will be presented in the conference
- Declined - meaning you or a co-author has declined the invitation to present at the conference
The first step is to click on the Submit My RSVP button.
You will then be able to register your RSVP by using the Decline Invitation or Accept Invitation buttons.
Updating your RSVP response:
You can update your response up until the RSVP deadline by clicking on the Change My RSVP button on the My RSVPs dashboard card if it has already been completed.
