This article explains how to edit your submission. You can edit your submission:
- in the initial submissions hub before the submission deadline and before your submission has been assigned to a reviewer
- in the final submissions hub, if your submission is accepted and the conference opens final submissions
Step 1: Find your submission
Locate the My Submissions or My Final Submissions card on your dashboard. You can select the Edit button on a specific submission or View Submissions to see your full list of submissions.
If you choose Edit on a specific submission, go to step 3 of this article.
You can also click on My Submissions at the top of the page to view all of your submissions.
You will only see the My Final Submissions tab if your submissions is accepted and the conference has opened the final submissions hub.
Step 2: Select your submission
When viewing your list of submissions, click on one to expand it.
You can now click Edit in the bottom right-hand corner.
Step 3: Edit your submission
You can now edit your submission by moving through each step and making updates, where needed. Click Done to move to the next step.

Will I receive a new submission receipt after I change something?
No. The system sends one submission receipt for each submission.
What do the submission statuses mean in initial submissions?
- Submitted: The submission is complete and is eligible for the review.
- Pending: The submission is not complete. It may be missing required information or exceeds the word count. It is not eligible for the review.
- Withdrawn: Someone has chosen to remove the submission for consideration. It is not eligible for the review.
What do the submission statuses mean in final submissions?
- Completed: Someone has clicked through the final submissions workflow in its entirety. Edits may have been made and new information may have been added.
- Pending: The final submissions workflow has not been fully clicked through. Some conferences do not require authors to complete the final submissions workflow; others do. Please reach out to the conference organisers if you are unsure.
- Withdrawn: Someone has withdrawn the work from the conference.
