Registrations: Getting Started

 

You can begin configuring the registration hub by clicking on Registrations at the top of your platform. 

 

 

Please contact support@exordo.com if you do not see the Registrations hub on your site.

 

If you have not clicked through the registrations settings quite yet, you will see a set up wizard. Click the Begin Setup button to get started whenever you are ready! The wizard will ask you to confirm information such as:

  • your currency
  • the location of your conference bank account
  • if you wish to accept card payments, bank transfers or both
  • and more!

You can move through the questions even if you are not sure about some of the answers because you can change them later! 

 

 

You will immediately be brought into the registration form after completing the set up wizard. You can begin configuring your registration form straight away; or come back to it when you are ready!

 

 

If you have clicked through the set up wizard already, you will be brought into the Registrations hub. There are 2 modes in the registrations hub: Test mode and Live. It is important to stay in test mode until you are ready for delegates to see the registrations hub. 

 

Now that you've completed the set up wizard, you can now being to customise your registration form
