My credit card payment failed. What next?
Card payments are not managed through the Ex Ordo platform. Delegates are taken to another platform such as Stripe to complete card payments. There are a number of reasons card payments may fail including:
- incorrect card details, such as entering in the wrong expiry date or PIN code
- not confirming the payment in your banking app
- other issues that could stem from your personal account or your bank
We recommend contacting your bank and checking your card details if your card payment fails. You can attempt to make payment again after the bank confirms any blocks have been removed and assists with any issues that may have caused the original failed payment.
