Paying for my registration

 

Conferences may accept card payments, bank transfers or both. This article explains the options that may available to you on the check out step. will be visible on the Checkout step of your registration. 

Pay by Card

If card payments are enabled, you can select Pay by Card on the check out step. You will be taken to a payments platform such as Stripe. After you complete your card payment, the payment platform will send a message back to Ex Ordo to confirm that you have paid for the event. You will be fully registered after this step is complete.

Pay by bank transfer

If enabled, you can select Pay by Bank Transfer on the check out step. This option allows you to commit to complete payment via bank transfer. You will be emailed the bank details needed to send across the payment. Your registration will remain pending until the admins mark it as fully paid. The conference organisers will need to update your payment after it has been received for the registration to be mark as paid. This can take time. 

Please contact the conference organisers directly if your registration is still pending after transferring the payment across. We recommend giving the organisers a week or two before enquiring about your bank transfer. 

Have I successfully registered and paid? 

You can check that you have successfully registered and paid in the Registrations hub.  To see the specific items purchased, click on the View Details button.
