# Contacting a delegate directly

The Registration system will allow you to get in touch with your delegates individually. 

#### Email delegate individually

In the top right corner from your **Registrations** list you can search by delegate name or Ref number:

When you've found the person you would like to get in touch with click on their name to expand the view. In this expanded view you will see all registration details as well as an option to **Message Delegate**:
