Member specific pricing: Creating and Managing Manual Tags

This article goes through the process of creating and managing labels on sites using member specific pricing.

 

Member specific pricing is currently a beta feature and not enabled across all sites. Please email support@exordo.com with any questions. 

 

Why are labels important to use member specific pricing?

 

In order to avail of member specific pricing, a delegate must have a corresponding tags. There are two ways tags may be created, manually and through an integration. This article focuses on creating and managing tags within Ex Ordo. 

 

 

How do I create new tags in Ex Ordo?

 

Administrators have the ability to create and manage tags at any time. First, click on the People hub at the very top of the menu and then navigate to the Tags page.

 

You can add new tags and modify existing tags here. 

 



 

Click the Add Tag button in the upper-right hand corner to create a new tag. 

 

 

Enter the name of the tag into the system and hit the Save button. 

 

 

That's it! You can add in as many tags as you need at any time. 

 

How do I modify existing tags in Ex Ordo?

 

You can edit the name of an existing tag by navigating to the People hub, then the Tags page. Click on the edit pencil to the right-hand side of a tag to make changes.

 

 

You can now modify the tag name in the pop-up window. To keep the change, hit the Save button or hit Close.  

 

 

 

How do I delete tags?

 

You can delete tags in two ways:

  • Hitting the delete icon on the right-hand side of a tag
  • Place a check in the box to the left-hand side of one or multiple tags, then select Delete at the top of the page

 

 

You will be asked to Confirm your choice or to Close the action instead.

 

Removing a tag that is associated with existing registration fees will not impact people who have already registered.
