Displaying presentations in the Programme
Presentations collected as PDF files or PowerPoint through the Presentations hub can be displayed in the Conference Programme. You can read more about collecting Presentations in our article here. Presentation files will appear in the Programme if:
- You've decided to share files publicly through Presentation Settings
- Authors have agreed to share their file when uploading it
Once shared, files will be visible in the Presentations view in the conference Programme. The file will appear underneath the abstract text. All files are downloadable from this screen also.
You can choose to Share All Files in the Presentations Setup workflow on step 1.
