The conference organisers may ask you to add reviewers into the system for your review group(s). This article will show you how review group chairs can add reviewers into the system.
Step 1: Click on the Add Reviewers button
First, navigate to the Reviews hub and click on the List of Reviewers. Next, click on the Add Reviewers button.
Step 2: Input reviewer details
Enter in the reviewer details either one by one, or in bulk. You can add in many reviewers at the same time so long as you follow the format below.

Be sure to ensure that each reviewer is listed on a separate line. Click the Done button to move to the next step.
Step 3: Check and edit the details (if needed)
Double check the reviewer details and edit them, if needed. Click Done to go to the next step.
Step 4: Let the system take care of the import for you
The system will work on importing your list which shouldn't take very long! Once finished, hit Done to view your reviewer's in the system.
Step 5: Ensuring Reviewers are Ready to Review
The reviewers are now in the system, but they need to be Ready to Review to get assignments. Reviewers are considered ready if they have topics. You can choose to:
